Important Offices and Rooms on the 7th floor:

1. ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT (AI OFFICE) 
          AI Managers, namely Cherry Culanag (Assistant Academic Quality Manager), Grizette Ponce, Ryosuke Maita (Academic Quality Managers) and Akira Kurosu (Senior Academic Operations Manager) are stationed in this office. You may go to this office and approach any of them if you or your students have any concerns related to academic especially when they are urgent. Managers and Supervisors of the Teacher Section are also stationed here.

2.  CLINIC
          Dr. Mayol (refer to Clinic shedule), Nurse Dhar (AM Shift), Nurse Tony (PM Shift)

3. LAT OFFICE
          Stationed here are the members of the Offline Language Assessment Team (Miss Martin's team) and Offline Class Observers. If your students have any concerns regarding their test results or test schedule, please direct them to this office.

4. TRAINING ROOM 2
          The main purposes of this room (related to Offline) are for FTL (every Monday morning), Monday Demo Lessons (every Monday afternoon) and Night Group Classes.

5. TRAINING ROOM 3
          This room is reserved for FTL and Mock Tests.

1. AVOID FREE CON CLASS. Be reminded to make use of the assigned curriculum. 2. INCREASE STUDENT TALKING TIME. The more teachers speak, the lesser student speaks. Excessive TTT limits the amount of STT and results in teacher-centered lessons, loss of concentration, boredom and limited speaking skills. Teachers are reminded to speak less in class as much as possible.   3 . STRICTLY NO CHATTING DURING CLASS HOURS. Teachers are reminded NOT to chat on Skype during class hours unless the teacher has an IMMEDIATE concern. 4. DON'T LET THE STUDENT WAIT FOR YOU. Teachers are reminded to be in their respective classroom two minutes before the class starts. 5. NO LOITERING AND CHITCHATTING OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM . Staying outside the classroom during class hours or while waiting for the student is strictly prohibited. This will disturb teachers and students who are already having classes. 6.
