FOR TEACHERS





1.    How do we know if we have online campus student?
Answer: We will put the code OC (Online Campus) after the students’ name which you can check in your offline schedule. You can also see the student and class details plotted in your dashboard.

2.    How will we know the students’ details like age, level and curriculum?
Answer: Details will be included in the class details as plotted in the teachers’ dashboard.

3.    Will we use offline books such as Reading Comprehension, Internet Class, Beginner News etc.?
Answer: Yes. All offline curriculum materials have been uploaded to our server

4.    What will be the medium/platform of our classes with online campus students?
Answer: All online campus classes will be done through classroom.

5.    How long will 1 class last?
Answer: Same as offline class.  Each class will last for 50 minutes.

6 How will assessments be made for online campus students?
Answer: Same as online students. Make the assessments right after the class using teachers’ dashboard.

7 When will Online Campus students start their first day of classes?
Answer: All online campus students will start their regular class on Monday as they will be taking their placement test online before Monday. Kindly check your dashboard for any plotted OC students.

8 Will we follow the 10-minute grace period for online campus students before tagging them absent?
Answer: Yes. Please wait for your students in the classroom for 10 minutes. Then tag them absent and mark the class as incomplete; same as online class assessments.


9 How should teachers report about students’ absences?
Answer: Report students’ absences thru the skype forum ONLINE CAMPS STUDENTS’ ABSENCES by following this format. Reporting students’ absences is necessary as we will monitor their attendance  well.

1  How will class substitution be arranged for online campus students?
Answer: Same as online classes. We will be transferring the students’ class details to the sub teachers’ dashboard. All are advised to frequently refresh dashboard for any changes. This will also be included in the offline substitution post.

1  What is the timeline for kid’s classes?
Answer: We strictly will follow this timeline.
20 minutes = class
10 minutes = break
20 minutes = class

The 10-minute break after the first 20 minutes of the class is for students to take a short rest but teachers should not leave the classroom nor the station.

1  What age do we consider as kids with regard to Kid’s class timeline?
Answer: 12 years and below. Students above 12 years old above should have a straight 50-minute class.

1  Will homework be necessary for online campus students?
Answer: No. But is necessary for IELTS plan students.

1  Will the class review be done every class?  And will it affect our online star rating?
Answer: Yes, absolutely yes.

1  Will online campus students have weekly OFFSET?   
Answer: No. Evaluation will be every class for online campus students.

1   Can offline campus students change teachers?
Answer: Yes, schedule and process will be the same for offline students.

1   Can offline campus students change books?
Answer: Yes, they can change books on Wednesday. Student will inform their request to support.


    Will there be a group class for online campus students?
Answer: Yes, the class can have a maximum of 6 students. However, only 3 students’ videos can be shown at the same time. Only when the students’ videos are shown can the students speak. Thus, the teacher should practice a more flexible group dynamic for online campus students. Group class teachers will be trained how to manipulate classroom for online students within this week.

1   What books will we use for group classes?
Answer: Books will be the same for offline group classes. We will use Lexicon and English Talk. Other group activities can be used in the class as well.

2  Will online campus students have Night Group Class?
Answer: Yes. The class can have a maximum of 10 - 20 students.  However, only 3 students’ videos can be shown at the same time. Only when the students’ videos are shown can the students speak. Thus, the teacher should practice a more flexible group dynamic for online campus students. Group class teachers will be trained how to manipulate classroom for online students within this week.

2   Will online campus students have Vocab Test?
Answer: Yes, support will give them as homework. 

2   Will we still record our class with online campus students?
Answer: No need as classroom will auto record all classes.

2    What will be the incentive for online campus one on one classes?
Answer: Same as offline incentive. 

2  What will be the incentive for online campus night group classes?
Answer:  Same as offline incentive

    According to Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 42 pounds less than us.

    (And actually, it is not related to genetics or some hard exercise and really, EVERYTHING related to "how" they eat.)
